Sales Lead Submission Simulation

Two new lead submission services (website and mobile application) were launched for our call centre service and support teams to capture new business leads for the sales channel.

While I was designing the instructor-led training on the new process, I wanted to give learners an opportunity to simultaneously navigate the lead submission service as they were role-playing the phone call discussions.

As the service was already live and recording genuine leads, I opted to simulate the live environment, and emulated the very specific and fun theme that the service was already using in my design.
